Easy Returns
We want you to love your LedisLuxe purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can initiate a return request within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure the product is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us via our official support channel or email us at support@ledisluxe.com with your order number. Our team will arrange a pickup from your location.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that items purchased during clearance sales or personalized/customized products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged.
